Complaints

Any complaints should be submitted via e-mail to address: sklep@plaro.pl or via postal services to address: PIL-POL Company, Zebrzydowice 284B, 34-130 Zebrzydowice, Poland within 14 days from the appearance of complaint cause.

We request you to include the “PLARO COMPLAINT” information in e-mail’s title or on the envelope.

Complaint ticket should contain the following information:

  • name and surname,
  • e-mail or postal correspondence address,
  • subject-matter of the complaint,
  • cause of complaint (justification).

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days from their delivery.

Person submitting a complaint will be informed about the complaint review method in a way used to submit it: via postal correspondence or e-mail address provided in the complaint ticket.
